The prices mentioned above include water, eletric, gas and taxes (IVA). Clients assistance costs amounting at Euro  100,00 are not included. Flats provide cutlery, pottery, pans, and are completely furnished, including fridge, eletric boiling water sysrem, blankets. Sheets are not provided.  In order to book a flat, you are required to pay in advance the 30% of the total cost of the rent related to the flat, and will have to send it. When the clients enters the flats, which is when they receives the keys, they will have to complete the payments. At that moment, the client will be given the inventory, and the clients will be required to give a cover of Euro 50,00. They, who will book the flat after the 30 March, will be required to pay 50% of the total amount of the rent, when booking. The client is allowed to enter the flat to let after 09:00 a.m. of the first day of his letting period and will have to leave, without any exception, at  10:30 a.m. of the last day of the letting period, accordingly to the rent contract.
